RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

RETURNS

1) Send an email to info[at]thedriftwoodtales.com Do this before the 14 day trial ends. The trial period (approval period) of 14 days starts from the day the package is delivered to the shipping address specified by you.

2) Make sure the item is back to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original undamaged packaging.

If 14 days have passed without hearing anything and/or receiving the item back, we are sorry NO offer a refund or exchange.

3) Put your name and order number in the return package.

(Avocadostore customers can also return through us. They must use their Avocadostore order number and enter info@avocadostore.de as email address)

REFUNDS

6) Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. This will be done no later than 14 days after receipt.

7) If the item cannot be taken back for any reason, we will send an email with the reason and with photos as proof.

 

PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS & GIFT VOUCHERS

8) What happens to my refund if I used a discount code with a minimum order value? Some of our discount codes have a minimum order value. You can see this in the terms of the code. For these codes, the discount is only valid when spending a certain minimum amount. If you place an order using a discount code with a minimum order value and then return something that brings the value of the order below this minimum amount, your discount will no longer be valid. This means that your refund will be adjusted to the new value of your order. For example: Code: €20 off when you spend a minimum of €100 Order value: €110 Returned items: €30 This brings the total value of the order below the minimum spend of €100, so the €20 discount will be removed and the refund adjusted. The total refund in this case is therefore € 10.

9) If you have received an email stating that one or more items are out of stock, this may affect your refund if you have used a discount code with a minimum order value. We thought we had the item in stock when you placed the order. Unfortunately, when we tried to process your order, we found out that this was not the case. If the minimum amount is still met, you don't have to worry. If this is not the case, you no longer meet the conditions. The refund will be reflected in the email we send you.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

10) If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at info[at]thedriftwoodtales.com

 

EXCHANGE

11) Of course we replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info(at)thedriftwoodtales.com and send your item via this link: https://thedriftwoodtales.montareturns.com/ or directly to:

12)You are responsible for paying the return costs, but of course not if the items have a defect or damage.
