RETURNS
1) Please send an email to
info[at]thedriftwoodtales.com Do this before the 14 day trial period ends. The 14 day trial period is counted from the day the package has been delivered to the shipping address you provided.

2) Make sure theitemisback at our warehouse within14 days from the day you have received it.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 14 days have gone without hearing and returning, weunfortunatelyCAN NOT offer you a refund or exchange.

3) To complete your return, we require your name and order#in the package.

6) REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

7) PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS & GIFT VOUCHERS
What happens to my refund if I have used a discount code with a minimum order value? Some of our discount codes have a minimum order value. You can see this in the Terms and Conditions of the code. For these codes, the discount is only valid if you spend a certain minimum amount. If you place an order with a discount code with a minimum order value and then return something that brings the value of the order below this minimum amount, your discount will no longer be valid. This means that your refund will be adjusted to the new value of your order. For instance: Code: €20 discount when you spend at least €100 Order value: €110 Returned items: €30 This brings the total value of the order below the minimum spend of100 and thus the20 discount is removed and the refund adjusted. The total refund in this case is therefore €10.

If you have received an email stating that one or more items are out of stock, this may affect your refund if you have used a discount code with a minimum order value. We thought we had the item in stock when you placed the order. Unfortunately when we wanted to process your order, we found out that this was not the case. If the minimum amount is still achieved, then you don't have to worry. If this is not the case, you no longer meet the conditions. The refund will be shown in the email we will send you.

8) LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

9) EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We of course replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thedriftwoodtales.com and send your item via this link https://thedriftwoodtales.montareturns.com/ or directly to:

10) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, but not if your items was defective or damaged.

11) If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
